Description: AS PER BOQ AND TENDER DOCUMENTS Name of Work REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF FIRE FIGHTING PUMP HOUSE AT AMBC BUILDING NEAR KAUTILYA AUDITORIUM AND INHS NAVJIVANI HOSPITAL INCLUDING REPAIR MAINT OF INCINERATOR AT INHS NAVJIVANI AND ITS CONNECTED WORK SERVICES AT INA EZHIMALA
Details: Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for laying pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed. Returning, filling in trenches in hard/dense soil in layers n.exc. 25 cm after laying of pipes including spreading, levelling, and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed. Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for repairs to CI sluice valves by taking out gland sleeve, check nut spindle, gate etc. and cleaning the valve by removing all scales and re-assembling the valve with new packing, nut and bolts etc including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following:- (a) Sluice valve flanged type 200/ 150
