Tendersniper.com, herein referred to as the Service provider, is a Trade name of GUGA IT Services Private Limited, which provides e-Commerce related information services.
Customer herein refers to an individual or business that purchases the services produced by Tendersniper.
Tendersniper consolidates publicly available live tender information from a variety of sources and makes it available to its customers in a single centralized web portal. Tendersniper undertakes to provide Information from e-Tendering web-sites will be provided only to the extent the source web-sites allow automated download of tender information. Disallowing download of tender information by the source web-sites in a force majeure condition.
Tendersniper downloads and consolidates only key information advertised in the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) and provides 3rd party web-site link wherein detailed tender documents are available for download. The onus is on the customer to visit the 3rd party web-site to download detailed tender documents.
Tendersniper is not responsible if a customer is unable to access Tendersniper services when emails mailed by it are blocked or marked as SPAM or rendered incorrectly on the customer side.
Tendersniper.com may require that you register in order to use some or all of the features and functionalities of the Website. We may, in our sole discretion, permit or deny your registration. You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of such password and agree that the password is intended for use solely by you.
By creating an account, you agree that you are signing up for Tendersniper.com's Services in good faith, and that you mean to use them only for their intended purposes as tender information tool and for no other reason.

All legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts only.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy: The customers are advised to purchase subscription after trying out the Tendersniper services during the free trial period. The customer's subscription plan will be active during the entire subscription period. A subscription cannot be cancelled after 72 hours of activation. If cancelled within the 72 hours, a cancellation fee of INR 1000 + GST will be applied and deducted from the refund proceedings due to the customer.
Privacy Policy: Tendersniper has taken adequate precautionary measures to secure its customer database.Further, the customers' sensitive payment information is not stored in the database of Tendersniper.
