Tender Description to perform under term contract such services and execute such works on the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the "mes standard schedule of rates 2009 part-i specification and mes standard schedule of rates 2020 (part ii rates) together with errata/amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender documents, as may be demanded, and as are enumerated in the aforesaid standard schedule of rates during the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid mes standard schedule of rates or at such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of "general conditions of contracts (iafw-2249)"1989 print with errata/amendments as applicable.note : (i) tenderer shall insert percentage rate at the 4th row and 'f'column of this boq excel sheet.(ii) tenderer shall refer and select the option ecess (+) or less (-) available at the 4th row and 'é' column of this boq excel sheet to quote the percentage above/below
