Tender Description Taking out non clog sewage submersible pump including electric motor of capacity 10HP & 20 HP, 3 phase, 415 Volts, disconnecting all electrical & machanical connection, dismantling the motor and pump, cutting out the burnt/old/unservecible moulded winding, cleaning the slots with non greasy materials, replacing with moulded copper reassembling pump & motor after making it serviceable by means of repair/ rewinding of pump or motor or both and lowering/ fixing in its orignal position and testing complete all as specified and directed.Note:-(i) The cost of bush & necessary T&P required for taking out, dismantling and lowering deemed to be included in quoted rates.(ii) Parts required for replacement or rewinding of motors shall be paid seperatly under respective item.(iii) The contractor shall carryout the functionality/ serviceable test of submersible pump & motors before and after the lowering .
