| Tender Description | taking down of old bituminous tarfelt or any other type of roof treatment from roof/ concrete surfaces/cement morter 10mm rendering including removal of / demolished materials out of md land and including cleaning of the roof surface with wire brush to make it free from dust, dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed. demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided in roof padding concrete etc complete including removal of / demolished materials out of md land complete all as specified and directed. m&l providing pcc (1:2:4) type b0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) with 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions water proofing as in levelling course, haunching, coping and similar works over rcc roof surface and rcc over head tank top surface including rounded or chamferred on edges and formwork etc all as specified and directed. m&l rendering 10mm thick in cm (1:4) on top of roof surfaces |
