| Tender Description | annual maintenance contract (amc) of dg set of capacity 15 kva to 45 kva - 09 nos installed at 'n' area ,'k' area and hallomajra e/m installations, including servicing / overhauling and repair with replacement of o ring, engine oil, greasing and oiling of parts, checking of valve & nozzle replacement of diesel filter, oil filter, checking of defective parts complete, assembling components, and attending once in a month as routine checkup to ensure satisfactory running of dg set complete all as directed by the engineer-in-charge. note:- (i) spares like filters, metering gauge, fan belts, engine oil, feeding pump and other spares shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant items of schedule ‘a’. fixing/labour charges of said spares is deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) to provide initial service to the engine within fortnight after placing the wo and thereafter on successful running upto 250hr or after six months whichever is e |
