Tender Description note :the unit rate quoted by the tenderer under col no (13) of sch `a’ (boq) unless specifically mentioned otherwise such as labour only/fixing only, for all items of works shall be deemed to be including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, testing and commissioning of work in position complete as required for entire completion of work. dismantling the entire roof covering including brick tiles/ concrete tile of any thickness, mud phuska, mud plaster and water proofing treatment any number of layers or thickness etc. of any description upto rcc roof slab and cleaning the surface including flashings and junction of parapets, etc. with wire brushes and water to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge including removing the retrieved material to a place earmarked by civic body and applying neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/ sqm , complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. notes:- (i) the quoted rate shall deemed to be included for necessary temporary arr
