Tender Description taking down of old roof treatment of any description including mud phushka, concrete padding, tiles, cement plaster from roof surfaces etc including cleaning, brushing and watering to joints and grooves and throwing the same to a distance exc. 250 mtr and not exc 500 mtr from the roof etc complete all as specified and directed. m&l for repair of all visible hairline cracks on concrete roof / screed more than 0.50 mm and not giving hollow sound, should be cut and widen in v shape with mechanical cutter in the size (10mm w x 6mm d). fill cracks with pu sealant / hybrid sealant with suitable gun and smoothed with a putty knife or trowel. allow sealant to cure a minimum (72 hrs.) 3 days etc complete all as specified & directed. m&l for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type b-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) 25 mm thick average as in roof padding/ levelling finish even and smooth etc complete all as specified & directed. m&l for cutting grooves in brick /concrete wall, 75mm wide and
