| Tender Description | dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing off the premises outside low laying area all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. m & l 40 mm thick pcc 1:2:4 type b1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in sub base of floorings/ levelling course complete all as specified. m & l for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as spd. m&l,vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade complete all as specified and as directed -ditto- in skirting including 10mm thick backing coat in cm 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. s&f n |
