Tender Description common items applicable for job 'a', 'job 'b' , job 'c' & job 'd' (b/r & e/m) :- demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed. demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dresses stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed. m&l for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type c1, 1:3:6 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1: 6 ,complete all as specified and as directed. m&l for two coats of cement paint over a coat of priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint through mechnical means including preparation of new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. s&f powder coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)
