| Tender Description | comprehensive maintenance of overhead travelling electrical operated cranes of capacities 2 tons installed at industrial sheds/warehouses/repair bays at cod and 506 abw by carrying out the maintenance of longitudinal travel/cross travel system assembly, lubrication of gear system, topping up of lubricant, replacement of gasket, nuts, bolts, washers, spilt pins, electric control system, coupling unit, travel track, housing system/crab assy, bracings, pulley, nuts, bolts, washers, split pins, bushes hooks, etc. inspection of cranes to be carried out by thegovt. authorised agency and safety audit report to be submitted for each crane to engr in charge, the cost of carrying out inspection and submission of audit report is deemed to be included in quoted rates. ditto all as per item no 1 above but capacity of 2.5 tons ditto all as per item no 1 above but capacity of 5 tons s&f in replacement of cartridge/hrc/ d type fuse ampere range - 1 to 5 amp , complete all as specified and as directe |
