Tender Description supply, install, testing and commissioning of 3x15 tr (for nats(niat) area) , factory-assembled water cooled scroll condensing unit, with microprocessor based control panel with all safety devices, hermetically sealed scroll compressors, shell and tube condenser, all safety devices, suitable for operation on r-410a or r-407c refrigerants, s per oem recommendation complete and required foundation for pumpset complete all as recommended by oem a and as directed by engr-in-charge.make: carrier/ bluestar/ daikin.note:- (i)the ac plant and other accessories shall be commissioned by oem. (ii)the contractor shall submit a certificate from the oem confirming that the entire ac plant work shall be got installed through them/ their accredited agencies duly incorporating thier recommended make. for this the contractor shall obtain the certificate for this from the oem branch office located in kochi.(iii) the ac plant and ahus will be housed in the existing plant room at nats(niat) area.
