| Tender Description | (a) to perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained in and also those referred to the aforesaid documents and upon the condition hereinafter and also those referred to, as may be demanded, and as are enumerated in the aforesaid mes schedule during the period of 365 days from the date of acceptance of this contract or from the date given in accepting letter at the rates contained in mes schedule subject to contractor's percentage as given in boq.or(b) at such rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62 (g) of iafw-2249. note:- (i) tenderer shall insert percentage rate in 4th row 'f' column hereinabove.(ii) tenderer shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) available at the 4th row of this boq to quote the percentage above/below mes standard schedule of rates part-ii (2020).(iii) if 0(zero) percentage is offered, the rate shall be reckoned as net (at par) with ssr part-ii (2020).(iv) if no percentage is offered, the |
