| Tender Description | dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removal of debris from site to outside mod land. m&l for 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type b-o using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, floor etc all as specified. m&l for screed bed or bedding layers of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finish all as specified.. m&l for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces of wall including finishing the surfaces fair and even for tiling work all as specified. m&l for non skid colour ceramic tiles (first quality) 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile all as specified. m&l for non skid colour ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (first quality) (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 s |
