Tender Description servicing of diesel engine generating sets of 62.5/63 kva rating to be carried out as per schedule given as under :- b - check :- (every 100 hrs or 6 month whichever is earlier) (i) change lubricating oil (ii) change lubricating oil filters (iii) change fuel filter (iv) change coolant (v) check engine wiring for damage (vi) check drain fuel supply tank (vii) change by pass lubricant filter (viii) change air filter (ix) check oil pressure (x) change fuel water separator c- check:- (every 1500 hrs or 1 years whichever is earlier) (i) adjust valve (ii) steam clean engine (iii) replace hose if required (iv) check turbo charger mounting nuts (v) check engine oil heater (vi) inspect (alternator, starter etc) parts & replace if required(vii) clean fuel tank from inside (viii) change engine oil
