Tender Description m & l for servicing of vrf inverter split type 3 phase ac of capacity 14 tr. of any make, including oiling/greasing the blower motor, cleaning the evaporator condenser coils externally to remove the dust, replacement of defective thimbles etc and re-fixing the air conditioner at its original position by the experienced refrigeration mechanic complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. note:- (i) any u/s items need to be replaced/gas charging etc shall be paid seperately under respective items. isolating/disconnecting and dismantling of unsv compressor 14 tr capacity from vrf type ac unit and supply and fixing with new hermatically sealed scroll compressor of 8 hp cpacity including leak tesing and pressure testing for 24 hours and gas changing with r-22 refrigarent including testing with nitrogen gas etc, complete all as s
