Tender Description dismantling and removing old unserviceable compressor sealed unit of scroll type compressor carefully and supply, installation, testing new sealed compressor unit of capacity 12.5 tr as per existing model, complete with all standard accessories as per existing model installed at ac plant, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. notes :- (i) sealed unit shall be purchased from authorised dealers/agents(ii) cost of labour for fixing and testing of leakage alongwith initial charging of suitable refrigerant (r-407c) and t & p shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate of this item. (iii) unit rate quoted shall include for the necessary electrical check i.e. checking of panel wiring to run the compressor smoothly.(iv) before opening/ dismantling of unserviceable compressor the refrigerant to be taken in empty cylinder as directed by engr-in-charge. (v) contractor shall submit test certificate alongwith purchase voucher before claiming the paymen
