Tender Description notes for all items:-(i). work under this contract has to be carried out at any height of buildings(ii). the cost of necessary scaffolding required at site shall be deemed to be included in unit rates of respective items.(iii). the contractor shall provide all necessary equipments and preventive measures to labours at his own cost and no extra claim on this account shall be admissible. dismanling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and backing coat, removing serviceable tiles to mes store yard and off the premises, complete all as specified and directed. m&l for coloured glazed ceramic designed tiles in vertical surface 600 x 300x 7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match laid over and including 10-12mm thick backing coat in cm 1:4 with and including triangular filletting in cm 1:4 on top edges complete all as specified and as directed. m&l for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x 200x 7 mm thic
