Tender Description taking down cement plaster of any description on concrete surfaces such as soffit of chajjas and brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water and removal of off the premises,complete all as specified and as directed. m&l for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. m&l for rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar(1:4) on fair faces of concrete or brick work in two layers (10mm thick 1st layer + 5mm thick finishing layer) mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement as per manufacturer’s instructions on top layer finish even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. (note:- integral water proofing compund shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of boq). supply only
