| Tender Description | m & l for dismantling the chiller pump of capacity 20 hp, isolating suction / delivery pipe line connections, transporting to workshop for replacement of damaged impeller, shaft and checking the worn out parts like stuffing box, shaft sleeve using micrometer, replacement of bearing at de and nde side, removal of scalings from pump housing and fixing into the housing, replacement of mechanical seal, re-assembling, transport back to the installation, installing in position, check for alignment with dial gauge, inserting shims where necessary, re fixing with coupling, tightening with torque wrench to required level, re-connecting the flanged pipe connections of suction/ delivery, greasing for bearings including replacement of rubber insertion etc complete all as specified and as directed. |
