| Tender Description | notes:-(i) 100 percent of nonperishable items under the subject work as per the site requirement of engineer-in-charge shall be deposited by the l1 bidder within 30 days after placing of work order.(ii) the critical path network shall be submitted by l1 bidder immediately after the acceptance of tender and approved by ge.(iii) the bidders must ensure to visit the site, check relevant documents and makes of materials required to be incorporated under the subject from concern engineer-in-charge.(iv) the unserviceable material obtained under the schedule of credit shall be handed over to the contractor by the engineer-in-charge on a proper gate pass.(v) in case of non-availability of any make mentioned under list of makes, the l1 bidder shall obtain non-availability / non-manufacturing certificate from the concern oem / authorised dealers and submitted to accepting officer, the l1 bidder may be incorporated group-i category makes as approved by hq ce swc jaipur and hq ce btz in the works |
