Tender Description m&l for complete removal of existing treatment on external wall/roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour with mechanial sander having rpm of 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean enviornment and preparation of old plastered/srapped surfaces of wall/ceiling by filling cracks by external wall putty/ fill paste and applying exterior water proof wall care putty @ 1kg (undiluted) per sq mtr of average thickness 1mm or 2mm over the prepared plastered wall/ceiling surfaces, one or more coats and grinding the puttied surfaces with mechanical grinder for make the surface even and smooth for receiving primer and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acryli smooth exterior emulsion paint having voc less than 50 gm/litre and uv resistane asper is 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resist
