| Tender Description | m&l for complete removal of existing unserviceable water proofing treatment from top of roof and canopies / chajjas of building including removal of debris outside md land complete all as specified and directed. demolition of cemet concrete any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. m & l for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type b-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) of average thickness 40 to 50mm in adequate on roof surfaces for padding to achieve the 1:40 complete all as specified and directed. m&l for providing screed bed of 10 to 15mm avg thick in cm 1:4 for laying floor finish, mixed with wpc @3% by weight of cement on fair faces of concrete surfaces without using extra cement as in roof complete all as specified and directed.note:- wpc shall be measured & paid separately. supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. material and labour for water proofi |
