Heading To perform under term contract such services and execute such works on the terms and condition contained or referred in the "MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 (Part-I) including amendment No 01 to 03 Specification and MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 (Part-II) rates together with errata/amendments No 01 to 122 and upon the conditions contained in tender documents as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid standard schedule of rates during the period of 01 (One) Year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES standard schedule of rates.ORAt such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of "General condition of contracts (IAFW-2249)" 1989 print with errata.amendments as applicable.Note:- (i) Tenderer shall insert percentage rate at F4 Column of the BOQ.(ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) available at E4 Column of this BOQ to quote the percentage
