| Tender Description | dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof , mumty and removal of debrish beyond mod land complete all as specified and directed demolition of mud phuska on roof slabs, any thickness including cleaning of roof surfaces and removing the debris upto the distance exc 1.00 km but not n.exc 1. 5 km complete all as specified and directed. m&l for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of existing roof surface, and including taking down old app membrane flashings and junction of parapets, etc. complete all as sepcified and directed. m&l for cement concrete 1:2:4 type b1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding/kerb, mud slopes, rounded or chamfered edge complete all as specified and directed m&l for 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing liquid as per manufacturer instructions when concrete is a still green etc complete alll as specified and directed.(note:- water proofing liquid shall be measured and separately) m&l for applying |
