Tender Description checking/ detecting and arresting/rectifiying of the leakage by putting nitrogen and oxygen gas in central type ac system comprising of compressor, condensor unit, gas piping system and ahu complete cycle system of capacity upto 13 tr, and material & labour for repairing the leakage if detected, vaccum & checking for vaccum pressure holding stand for 24 hrs and charging the refrigerant gas (m-22) as required and top up of compressor oil if required of complete all as specified and directed of .following capacity:note:- 1.refrigerant gas (m-22) and compressor oil shall be measured and paid seprately under respactive item herein after. 2. ac complaint will attend in 24 hours otherwise penalty of rs 1000 will be charged capacity 21 to 26 tr capacity 15 to 20 tr capacity 11 to 13 tr capacity 09 to 10 tr labour only for servicing / repairing of package type central ac plant unit ( out door and indoor unit, ahu) where required in acs or as directed by engr-in-charge or concern je at
