Tender Description M&L for allinging of lifting arrangment, Beam type, 5 Ton capacity,collecting the lifting arrengement from storage shed, transport to civil workshop, dismantling the lifting arrangement, allinging the beam by hydroulic press, rewelding the web with necessary reinforcment, refixing the chain with replacing weak link, replacing 4 nos hook locking arrengments, testing with full load for deflection, balancing test, painting with fire retartant paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge M&L for periodic inspection/ servicing of travel trolley of capacity 10 Ton. (a) motor,gearbox with break assembly (i) Inspecting the alignment of motor ,gear box assembly (ii) Topping up gear oil in gear box, inspecting leakage, replacing oil seal if required, oil shall be measured and paid separately (iii) Adjecting break, inspecting electric connection etc. (iv) Inspecting of alignment of bull gear and pinion (v) greasing all moving parts.
