Tender Description labour only for attending complaints of air conditioner carried out by manufacture's authorised mechanic from servicing center without any delay with rectified the defects by carefully opening and check the acs for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.note :- items shall measure and paid seperatrly under respective item of boq. m & l for annual servcing of split ac capacity 1.5/2.0 tr by disconnecting electric connection from its stabilizer or its electric supply board and remove the front cover or indoor split unit of ac and cleaning it with pressurised water and nylon brush, refix the front cover of indoor unit. including remove the front covert of outdoor unit with polythen/plastic cover so that water shall not be entered in the motorwhile cleaning the outdoor unit and cleaning the condensing coil unit with pressurised water then apply one coat of descaling solution and cleaning with nylon brush to the condensing coil of outdoor unit shall be properly carried o
