| Tender Description | material and labour for attending of complaint for day to day maintainence / daily complaints by checking the serviceability of fan coil unit of any capacity for having continuous sreviceability of fcu for any number of time as desired by engr-in-charge including replacement of minor spare part like gasket, teflon tape, flare nut, tightening of any loose glycol line connections, shifting fcu from one place to another place if required, heating up the freezed glycol line anywhere about the premices to have continuous flow of glycol fluid, stopping any kind of leakage from any size of pipe line, tightening the loose electrical connections as related with fcu / heating system, cleaning the air filter including radiator of fcu to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge all as directed at sitenote :- (i) attending any complaints of different nature in a single day in plant room inside / outside will be considered as one job.ii) any kind of replacement of major items shall be measu |
