(ii) quoted rate shall be inclusive of scaffoldings and safety equipments etc.contractor to quote the rate considering the prevailing site conditions. m&l for preparation of existing serfaces of wall by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint, single component, uv stable, water based water proofing decorative electromeric coating with anti algea resitance having voc less than 50 gm/litre and uv resistance as per is 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old finished surfaces including for 2mm thick exterior grade wall care putty in two layers on wall complete all as specified and directed. ma
