| Tender Description | servicing and maintenance of goods passenger lifts in pxe technical (total 03 nos of lift) of capacity one or two tonne ac electric operated variable voltage variable frequency control serving for g+8/g+2/g+3 floors by replacing the trailing cable, checking of all power wiring termination, upper and lower limit switches for proper connection, checking / adjusting guide clamp, check all the locks functioning properly mechanically and electrically after opening the covers, check all sets of screws and spring and replace where necessary so that the lever should lock the brake properly for smooth operation of lift , repair/maintenance of all door shutters of lift by repairing / replacing unserviceable parts, complete greasing and carrying out door adjustment, guide clamp adjustment, locking system etc for smooth functioning complete and all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.note:- (a) maintanace of all 03 lifts will be done on monthly basis/ 6 times during pe |
