Tender Description labour only for attending complaints of air conditioner carried out by manufacture's authorised mechanic from servicing center without any delay to rectify the defects by carefully opening and checking the acs for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.note :- spares parts required for repairing shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of boq. m & l for annual servcing of split ac of capacity 1.5/2.0 tr by disconnecting electric connection from its stabilizer or its electric supply board and removing the front cover of indoor split unit of ac and cleaning it with pressurised water and nylon brush, refixing the front cover of indoor unit. including removing the front cover of outdoor unit and covering it with polythene /plastic cover so that water shall not be entered in the motor while cleaning the outdoor unit and cleaning the condensing coil unit with pressurised water then applying one coat of descaling solution and cleaning with nylon brush.
