| Tender Description | m&l for preparing existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with mechanical blower or air compresor to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen of grade vg-30 at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm over bituminous surface by using pressure sprayer machine complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. m&l for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete (sdac) by using hot mix plant ,40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content in weight of total mix (paving bitumen vg-30) and filler of cement content as per design mix (not less than 2%) spread by using mechanical paver, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient complete to a uniform surface by using tandom power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge note : |
