Tender Description note for plumbing and sanitary items:-(i) contractor shall deposit entire quantity of plumbing and sanitary wares materials required / covered under subject contract in the custody of engineer-in-charge/ office in charge of unit. (ii) the materials as required shall be issued to contractor by je/ engineer-in-charge on daily basis. material and labour non skid coloured digital ceramic tiles 300x300/400x400 mm x 6 to 7mm thick,in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6, including dismantling, complete all as specified and as directed. material and labour for 25 mm thick cement concrete type b-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base for levelling/above sub base etc all as specified and directed. material and labour glazed ceramic tiles,glossy matt finish digital pattern breaking strength not less than 600n, resistance to household chemicals,acids and alkalis (with acception of hy
