| Tender Description | disconnecting all electrical/mechanical connections carefully from the existing supply system, removing the alternator of dg set capacity 200 kva installed at icg jetty vizhinjam, shifting the same to workshop for rewinding the stator and rotor assembly. taking down brunt winding wire from stator, excitor field and rewinding the same with new dual coated super enamelled copper conductor with existing gauge and type including replacement of fibre glass taps, sleeves sloat wedge, terminal leased and excitor leads, etc. varnishing complete winding with h class insulation level and drying in oven, reassembling the alternator complete, shifting the same from workshop to site and re-install the alternator and coupled with engineer properly, connect all other dc connections as well as ac connections, rectifier, etc. complete setting of the dg set including digital controller devices programming, etc. all as directed by the engineer-in-charge.note:-(i) minimum 6 month warranty on rewinding sh |
