| Tender Description | supply of 50mm thick ms plate having minimum yield stress of 250mpa, fabrication and /fixing the plate in existing concrete foundation including concreting foundation with m40 grade concrete and providing 50mm thick vibrocork (cost of m40 grade concrete and vibrocork to be paid separately). the scope includes provision ms plate of minimum 50mm thickness of size 3.7m x 6.4m conforming to is 226 including providing 150x 150mm ms cubes welded to the ms plate on the bottom in pattern as given in the drawing. the joints, if any, to be double v welded joint and grinding to be done to the surface of the joint to match it neatly with the steel surface. the joint to be duly tested by ultrasonic method or x-ray method for determination of flaws and suitable welding correction to be done to make the weld homogeneous. the plate should not have any bends and the plate to be epoxy painted.
