| Tender Description | schedule 'a' part-i [b/r works]:m & l for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing with neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm area, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 duly mixed with and including water proofing compound on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laying polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.00 kg per sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric of weight not less than 150 grams per sqm, by torch application with side over lap of 100mm & end over lap of 150mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces by thermo fusion including applying a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm including taking down existing roof treatment of any description and removing outside md land complete all as specified and as directed. m&l for providing roof cooling ceramic tiles of size 300 x 300 mm, 9 to 10 mm |
