Tender Description notes for all items of boq:-1.contractor should visit the installations before quoting the tender to know the working condition of the station. 2. maintenance / servicing work must be got it done through oem or its authorized service provider only.3. safety certificate for steam pipe line should be provided by the contractor on monthly servicing and he will be responsible for any loss.4. contractor has to provide all type of tools required for repair/replacement of the laundry items. it shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.5. all requisite safety measures to be adopted at site during servicing & repair of equipment.6. the contractor has to attend emergency breakdown/repairs within 2 days, otherwise a penalty of rs.1000/day/repair will be deducted incase of engr-in-charge is not satisfied with delay reasons.7. attending breakdown call & nececessary servicings shall be deemed to
