Tender Description m&l for repairs to roof slab with the following specifications:-(a) taking down existing tar felt, plastering, cement concrete/ lime concrete, brick bats (any thickness) from the roof surface and washing down & cleaning the surface with water and off the premises (b) cutting out cracks to v-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) if any cracks observed.(c) brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre(d) m&l 40mm average thickness padding cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges cement concrete 1:2:4 type b-0, (12.5mm graded aggregate) with water proofing compound (as per manufacture direction) (e) 5 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:4 with water proofing compound (as per manufacture direction) on surface to have a smooth surface for laying floor finishes (f) app based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minium 3mm
