Details: Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per direction of the department. Sand filling in foundation and plinth with well watered and rammed. P.C.C (1:3:6) using 4cm CBHG metal Laterite stone masonry in (1:6) cement mortar in foundation Construction of compound wall with LATERITE stone in (1:6) cement mortar including all cost of material and labour etc. (EXCLUDING COST OF STONE) Cost of Laterite Stone as per OSA rates Sunken pointing over joints of dressed stone work with cement mortar mixing 1:1.5 etc. Provision for debris cleaning & site cleaining. Provision for Photography (Items Wise).
