| Tender Description | repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including scarifying or picking gravelled ,macadam or bituminious macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm exc 50mm and n exc 100mm deep and removing the same to a distance 50m and stacking where directed and sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and applying cationic bitumen emulsion i.e. crs-1 / crs-2 at 10 to 15 degrees celsiusof of approved grade conforming to is 8887-1978 by spraying using mechanical means complete as per clause 502 of specifications for road & bridge works of morth (5th revision) @ 5 liters per 10 sqm and providing bituminious premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (design mix) 40mm thick (consolidated )thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted |
