Tender Description taking down cement plaster of any description from brick/ stone wall surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing debris to a distance n.exc. 50 m complete all as specified and as directed. material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on in two layers each of 10+5mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) with lw + @ 200ml/50kg of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (note : integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately ) supply only lw + confirming to relavent is make : dr. fixit of m/s pidilite indsturies or equivalent material and labour for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying two coats of weather coat paint(cement based) including primer, complete all as specified and directed. material and labour for preparation of steel old surfaces surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10c
