Tender Description scope of work :1. five jharkhand rules namely- jharkhand pension rules, jharkhand service code, jharkhand general financial rules, jharkhand budget manual and implementation rules for nps are to be updated.2. updating of above mentioned rules/code should be based on proper study and comparison of similar rules/code of central government and neighboring states.3. changes which are to be made should be in conformity with latest judgments of honorable supreme court and high courts.4. relevant portions of judgments of honorable supreme court and high courts as well as notifications of government of jharkhand are to be annexed.5. this work will be awarded for 3 months with condition that first draft should be presented in 2 months.6. the drafted rules are to be presented in both, hindi and english.30°c
