Tender Description attending day to day complaints lodge in complaint register or armaan app of interrupted/breakdown of external water supply and repair to make the continuity of external water supply after detecting & rectifying the defect such as replacement of , tee,union,socket or blockage in any pipe from 15mm to size 25 mm and other minor items such as required in order to make good the continuity of water supply to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.note:- (a) this item pertains to attending complaints of external water supply. t&p and safety tools will be the responsibility of contractor as required in order to attend the complaint to the entire satisfaction of user/engineer-in-charge. (b) rs. 100/- per day will be recovered from contractor payment if fail to rectify complaint within 24 hrs. necessary exacavation /digging wherever required for the rectification of complaint will be done by the contractor and no extra amount will be paid seperate
