Tender Description note : the all items from ser no 02 to 17 of this tender will be executed by the authorised applicator of approved manufacturer only with 10 years guarantee. the work will be carried out upto the height 25 mtr, hence necessary safety precaution and arrangement for execution/scaffoldings will be included in quoted rate of bidder. surface preparation: empty the water from water tank removal of old existing plaster of wall and floor from inside of water tanks and disposal of unserviceable out site the campus as per direction of the engineer incharge with in 3 km. cleaning of surface of loose dust and dirt cement slurry etc. by means of wire brush, dust removing brush and scraper etc. in case of holes /cracks same shall be repaired with cement putty admixed with multi purpose polymer as per manufacturer instructions etc. (product make : berger/asian/dr fixit/sika/fosroc or equivalent) gola on mother slab:providing and making of pcc coving (gola) of size 75 mm x 75 mm with concrete mix
