| Tender Description | material & labour for preparing of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air pressure to remove all loose dirt etc.& after preparing applying evenly a tack coat of cationic bitumen emulsion (rs-1) conforming to is: 8887 @ 3 to 3.5 kg/10 sqm on dbm/bituminous surfaces as specified in table 500-5 of morth specifications for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and as directed. material & labour for providing and laying dense bituminous macadam of compacted thickness in any range from 50mm to 75mm as per site requirement, using paving bitumen binder of grade vg-30 @ and binder content of 4.5 % by weight of total mix with mixing of aggregates and vg-30 bitumen in electronic operated 100-120 tph batch type hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from hmp to work site by tippers and laying with hydrostatic sensor paver, rolle d and compa |
