| Tender Description | taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick work or stone walls etc. including racking out joints. hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. as dir. m&l rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete in cement mortar (1:6) on wall finished even & smooth (without using extra lime or cement) as dir. m&l rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete in cement mortar (1:4) on ceiling finished even & smooth (without using extra lime or cement) as dir. m&l preparation of wall and applying putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to even and smooth as dir. oil bound distemper: - m&l distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper on wall (ready mixed) having voc content less than 50 gms/liter, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacture’s specification. two or more coats. make: asian, berger, dulux & jsw as directed by eic/wic m&l finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior |
