Tender Description m & l for servicing of split type ac of capacity 1.5/2 tr of any by opening the condenser unit fixed on roof top and cooling unit fixed inside the building, and cleaning the complete condenser unit and cooling unit including fins, blower fan motor and checking and testing of all parts for its serviceability, oiling/greasing to condenser blower fan motors, remore replacing worn out rubber, bushes/rubber packing, rectification of unusal noise, checking of refrigerant standing pressure, replacement of minor parts such as nut/bolt washers etc and reassembling of complete ac including testing for smooth functioning complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.note: spare parts will paid in relevant item here in after:- supply only of air filter of size 10 micron split type ac 1.5/2 tr supply only blade for condensing fan motor split type ac supply only running capacitor 50 mfd for 2 tr ac supply only running capacitor 45 mfd for 1.5 tr ac supply only condenser coil copper of ac capac
