Tender Description removing existing water proofing treatment by brushing with wire brush, cleaning of terracing by taking down cement concrete, existing plaster lime cova 80 to 100mm thick mud phuska/cement concrete/lime cova etc, cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus mass dust etc, roughing surface of corner to roof by wire brush complete all as specified and directed. m&l of water proofing treatment to roof slab with app based modified polymeric membrane centre core 100mm micron hmhdpe outer film 20 micron each having thickness 3mm weight not less than 3kg/sqm as per manufacturer’s instructions with torch applicationcomplete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge with following course of description below:-(a) 10 mm thick plaster in cm 1:4 with wpc will be applied over the roof slab when concrete is green. after the plaster is cured the roof will be tested for water tightness by ponding with water for seven days for any seepage is observed the rectification will be carried out
