| Tender Description | vessel to be blocked and unblocked corroded, holes & thinned down plates, structural members, railing posts etc. to be cropped & renewed –main deck, cabin wall ,toilet wall and aft deck–4.5mt. deck structure – 3.5 upper deck alongwith wheel house deck and monkey island – 2.2mtbottom and keel plate-6.5mt side hull-3.5mt structural members of engine room sky light -0.500mt steel fender 200 nb, 8 mm thick half cut pipe stiffened with ‘d’ shaped stiffeners 500 mm apart. twin bollard renewal by 150nb pipe. single bollard renewal by 150nb pipe. propeller shaft & rudder arrangements including all bushes are to be dismantled and fitted back after necessary repair. both(p&s) side sides propeller shafts worn out journals metalizing by s.s. electrode & machining to suit with the respective bushes and trueness to be checked & rectified. port & stbd side propeller blades broken tips are to be repaired by dove t |
